Almost every other month or so I hear from my mommy friends who are planning for their kids birthday party. Choosing a theme, decorations and activities based on children interest and age group is not easy. googling for some inspirations on Internet and Pinterest is great to start the birthday party project.

Sweet table for girl birthday party with Kitty Cat theme

All small children like animals and I hear from lots of moms that their girl is obsessed with cats/ kittens. It seems it is popular theme for girls birthday celebration and so I have decided to share some inspiration on what I organized for my daughter’s 3rd birthday celebration.

Music
We invited Solis to come over for some interactive fun kids music. she played some of my daughter’s favourite sone and also incorporated some kitty music too. Both kids and their parents have enjoyed the time listening to the songs.
Cake Cutting
Before our musician leave the party, she sang and played “ Happy Birthday " song while we blow candles, took family pictures and cut the cake. It was such a magical moment.
Face Painting
I bought some face painting kids with kitten/cat theme from amazon and one of the moms volunteered to face paint for kids. This was fun for all age group and made our guests also busy.
Water Paly in the Backyard
In the evening, we set up floated pools for kids to cool down and have fun in the backyard. All kids liked the water play and all adults enjoyed drinking and socializing during the time.
Loot Bags
I tried to make it unique for lids. some little chocolate, kitty stickers and a book. I put different book for each kid with different age but all had a story of a cat so this way, I stick with the theme of the birthday party which made it unique.
