I photographed the youngest newborn ever in the studio. Baby Ella was only a week when in studio and why I am very excited about this session? Usually, when you hear newborn studio session, it means lots of props, wraps, baskets, headbands… and many poses for both newborn and the new parents. However, this session was none of those scenarios that you might think of: no poses, no props. I just wanted parents to be comfortable and cuddly with their new baby so I can capture their first bonding experience.

Now let’s move back to these beautiful family story. We had originally planned to have this newborn session done at the hospital within the first 48 hours after birth, but unfortunately baby had to be admitted to NICU due to some health/safety issues so parents were not very comfortable or better to say not ready for hospital (Fresh 48 ) session. We discussed the situation , and parents decided to move to the back up plan which was the studio session instead.
